This unit will help our school to organize, evaluate, and analyze in an simple way our data, school works such as reports, office documents in a well,and clear defined manner.

Since values are automatically recalculated when changes are made in a worksheet, a user can play with numbers and immediately see the result. Spread sheet is very important in school administration

I can say that , a school doesn't have this kind of using spread sheet in its every day ways of working , really this school

has to do something about this issue.

Excel files can also be sent as attachments or shared within a group of users via various cloud storage systems so everyone has access to the same files. excel offers also the following to be done easily.

Any course that uses tables of data, equations, graphs, or makes arguments based on quantitative information provides an opportunity for students to enhance fluency in quantitative methods. Many careers, everyday events and news stories require quantitative skills.

The spreadsheet is very important in record keeping because we can use it in making the school progressive records.It is used to facilitate calculations like percentages,averages,grading,to highlight or underline some information as to make people pay attention .It facilitates teachers to write  learners'marks and other records that require using tables.It is very important to the school administration not only as to provide information to the parents about the progression of their children but also to write easily other statistical records required to be transmitted hierarchically.Accountants and bursars know its importance rather than others.

So,teachers use it in preparing their lessons.
