Ask him/her whether he/she has noticed you performing these duties. (No more than 30 minutes)
  3. Describe your efforts to involve others in your learning for the course (e.g. discussing meaning of terms with them, asking their advice, working with them to co-facilitate a Continuous Professional Development session) and ask the Head Teacher if he/she can think of any additional ways to get other middle-lever leaders involved in the work. (No more than 10 minutes.)
