As you know in Rwanda education there are a big number of students in the classrooms, on how can we implement the integration of ICT during teaching and learning processin any schools which do not have an internet connection?
This is in progress so as you see the Rwanda government has started to provide internet connection(4G) in different schools so as slow by slow all the schools will be servived
ICT tools can be integrated in teaching and learning all subjects even Mathematics.
