You might use it before or after when you are explaining thing. Step by step you can use the slides to clarify your work or to let the audience see things.

For example: You have a topic on computer System. Here you will prepare the slides of Hardware, software explanation.

• The lesson must first be prepared in a presentation form especially in PowerPoint
• use Computer and projector to present your work
• then present it to your classroom .
  

ICT package as a mode of instruction and on the other hand as we saw previously can help in several means of teaching;

• To ease the lesson presentation
• It gives the real learning environment active and live
• It attracts learners other than mathemematics and other boring studies because you learn many things by at the same by learning and doing in classroom environment
• Gives learners time to think big
• Keeps learners busy
• Less instruction time consumer than other lessons
• Keeps learners concentrate
• As given  example below to draw a diagram or a table can make one  concentrate till the period is over and use one's level and ability of understanding

 You have effective presentation makes the best use of the relationship between the presenter and the audience. It takes full consideration of the audience’s needs in order to capture their interest, develop their understanding, inspire their confidence and achieve the presenter’s objectives.

1. First of all I prepare note including links and share the by emailing to my students
2. Then prepare key notes to put in power point and project for the students and explain them to them
3. Then I give them the tasks to visit given links then present thème in the next session

A good way to determine what your talk should say is to explain your ideas verbally to someone who does not already understand them. The presentation packages is very helpful in teaching ,because it simplifies the work for teacher even for student, ollows the use of videos, images ,audio, tables ...to illustrate the lesson

• Those point allow learners to search themselves without the teacher’s intervention

ICT presentation is a good tool to solve the proble of time and it may also help in incorporating figures, digital contents, or other neccessary electonic materials necessary fo the lesson,etc. 

to do this we firstly need to prepare yr summary and and prepare presentation slide and avail tools to use while delivering a lesson such projectors, projector screens, computers etc. with this, the learning enveronment active and live, students are attracted and motivated ths they fully partcipate in the lesson, the time is no longer a problem and the learners ahve enough time to interact with teachers and ask questions for clarification, etc.

it helps the teacher to stay focussed on the class and interacting with the students instead of writing on a board.

A presentation package is being used in our online units to prepare slides or pages which are very clear and understandable to our facilitators and friend teachers.

by using it,we focus on the topic given and slides or pages prepared are submitted.

We can displays our previous work(notes, lessons, assessments,...) by presenting these in class by using :

-Videos

-Presentation by use of projectors

-Audio,....

-Presentation of work on paper,...

• you can use a presentation package first while planing a lesson by writing notes in PowerPoint, for example, inserting images, audios, videos, etc in what you intend to teach.
• you can use a presentation package while introducing a lesson for instance by watching a short video, listening to an audio, looking at images, etc and ask some questions students that require them to discover what they are going to study.
• you can use a presentation package in assigning activities or tasks to learners when you are teaching.
• you can use a presentation package at the end of your teaching to show the students the real context or practice in the society of what you teach them

first you search the content  and put your content in presentation(in slides) these contents can contains pictures and videos but you have to think about the time you have.

Considerations when using PowerPoint to teach content:

1. Laying out content in PowerPoint helps facilitate structure in a presentation.

2. Laying out content using a template or slide place holders helps to avoid excessive use of text (a common problem when using transparencies).

3. Revisions can easily be performed and are cost effective to distribute (unlike paper handouts).

4. Inserting a careful mix of multimedia (images, animations, video, sound, etc.) can support different learning preferences.
