Take some hours to gather information from others, some minutes to complete the data on the checklist and the other minutes to answer the question after the checklist.

Over several days, speak to members of the school improvement planning team, your middle-level leader colleagues, teachers and the Head Teacher and then, once you have gathered views, try to complete this checklist as honestly as possible.
