In the preview step session, we have seen how Kahoot and YouTube can be used as educational ICT tools in the introduction part of the lesson plan. Prepare an ICT integrated lesson plan of your teaching subject in which Kahoot or/YouTube has been used in the preview part and submit it in this platform using the assignment Icon above

This unit is an online facilitated session. All discussions, with both peers and the facilitator, will be held online using the forum facility. Below is an overview of CADIE Project which is focused on empowering teacher’s teaching capacity with ICT tools in the classroom setting and as well as enhancing Rwandan schoolteachers’ classroom teaching capability and integrating ICT tools in the CBC lesson plan.
Policy Orientation: Why ICT in Education Policy? It is important that teachers know and understand existing and planned national policies relating to ICTs in education. Also, teachers should be able to identify how classroom practices correspond to and support these national policies. In this unit, we will review the Rwanda policies and see how we might implement the spirit of these documents in our teaching. Teachers must understand that lessons should not focus on the technology but rather the learning objectives identified in the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC). Yet they also need to find ways to support both the nations' ICT and education policies. Let us investigate how this might be done.CADIE Post Course SurveyThese weekly surveys are designed to collect data that can be compared to the baseline surveys to ascertain whether you believe you have achieved the competencies. These are also some questions designed to provide you with an opportunity to give feedback on the course's content, activities, and methodology.
