Conducting this meeting was a major accomplishment. Well done! It would be really good if such meetings were conducted once every term. This would keep people’s attention on the School Improvement Plan Annual Action Plan and help you all to assess progress towards achieving it. Has a new Community of Practice been formed ; a Community of Practice made up of leaders of learning in the school?

 Think carefully about the assessment meeting and consider what went right and what went less well. Write an entry in your professional journal to describe the meeting and your feelings about it. Would you do anything differently next time?
