In our school, the first activity that takes place is to identify individual needs and organize CPD plans, SBM together with HT and DHT organize CPD activities every Friday, the last three periods, and all teachers must attend. And after we report to the SEO.

in our school, the school based cpd has been in implemeted by creating defferent departements basing on the subjects thought in school. the teacher who are in the same departement help each other to overcome the chalenge one can have in teaching process
it is running slowly, but working on department is the way of the implementing it in our school we are trying this academic year.
