 Usually a computer has to be configured with your user-id before you can send email. In order to provide email sending capability to those organisations who don't have the facilities, we will provide a password-protected web page that email messages could be sent from. This would mean they could send email from any web browser they can borrow for a few minutes - a PC in the library for instance.

Finding other organisations email addresses will be easy. The database of voluntary organisations will include contact information, including email addresses. If a voluntary organisation already has an email address, that will be listed. Otherwise an email address will be set up for them.

Email is defined as Electronic mail, its importance is to he'll people communicate easily without moving, people send and receive messages using Email. You can upload and download messages through Email server.

For teaching e mail can be used in the following ways: E mail is useful for setting up appointment People who want to see me know that easiest and most successful of contacting me via e mail E mail is a good if you are trying to a range a meeting between several people . E mail is useful for answering the more mundane sorts question that arise : question about reading ,assignment, problems with concept or practical work Email can be used to send a message to whole group of students .use it to set homework assignment and students sent their assignment via e mail. Finally,e mail can be used to have discussions between student . Everyone has the chance to participate and their massage can be sent to all members of the group.
