In order to best ICT in a classroom, ICT must be used to facilitate teaching-learning processes. it must also be used for educational purposes only in a classroom. learners' and teachers' ICT must be equipped with educational softwares and internet. infrastructures (a classroom) must allow the use of ICT tools. that is where to put and plug in ICT tools, current, etc. the management of the class must be increased to control the learners while using ICT tools so that it makes them learn not being distracted.
not only that but also those ICT tools need to be arranged in such a way it facilitate to achieve the teaching and learning objectives. this must create a good teaching and learning environment
