Online facilitator supports students who are studying courses through the internet to mean that they support their students remotely.
In online facilitation process, an online facilitator uses online tools like Skype or telecommunication companies to call the students and they use social media to provide support to students who are from different locations while in face to face facilitators facilitate their students in one provided area like classroom where both students and teacher are present.
