Look again at the draft working job description you prepared for learning task 2.3 and the notes from the coaching session 2.4, which should be in your learning diary.

 Over the next few days, spend some time producing a revised version of the working job description, using the template in the next learning task. This should take account of your initial thoughts, assistance from the coaching session and any further thoughts you may have had as a result of reflection. Write down this revised working job description and be prepared to discuss it with other middle-level leaders as well as having it ready for the next coaching session with the Head Teacher.
