How can we use ICT devices in our villages/schools far from infrastructures? As we know ICT need infrastructure especially electricity. In case we don't power we use tools of ICT that save electricity ,eg: Laptop. For those who need to be in contact with electricity we organize class tours ie to visit where the electricity is located.
