1. Common computer problems
a) Sometimes some computers restart themselves
b) Some computers can’t be switched on (on the light of power button is on)
c) Due to giving many commands by clicking many time because of the learner’s ability, the computers slowly respond and sometimes can’t respond
d) Sometimes some computers are stack on airplane mood that they can’t connect to internet.
e) sometimes the students change unconsciously the setting and fail to use computers so that the teacher is supposed to go back and make change (many times it is the touchpad that cannot perform the command of click)
2. Preventive, adaptive, corrective, preventive maintenance needed
a) To boot some malfunctioning computer
b) To take a much time to check computers before and after courses
c) To teach learners how to maintain computers themselves
d) To buy cleaning products
3. What should be done to protect both users and equipment
