The ICT is very important in the schools.and not only in the schools in all services offered within a county. they use to create new softwares , it is used in teaching and learning process,in assessment.
learners are online where they solve problems .and they get more skills and knowledge. again the teachers became facilitators of learners especially where smartroom is.
