Collaborative network such as Rwandan Teachers’ Portal was online community which allow teachers the following opportunities.
· To discuss best practices about ICT,
· To access digital resources and demonstrate best practices about how to integrate ICT.
· Through these networks we can get opportunities that support our own personal learning goals.
· To provide interactive, and free activities for educators anytime and anywhere in the whole country.
