Inclusive education ensures all pupils have access to school and are provided with equal opportunities and appropriate learning environments at school so that they can achieve their full potential.

This means pupils of all backgrounds, ethnicities and genders – including children with medical conditions, disabilities and/or special education needs (SEN). It also means children from rural areas or linguistic minorities.

Inclusive education ensures that no one is left behind.
