Welcome to Week 2 of the eTutoring course.

In this week, you will how to: 

1. support self-directed learniing
2. foster effective communication in online learning environment
3. deal with some challenges you may encounter in an online course
4. create learning groups and how they enable social learning
5. creating and maintain collaborative learning groups
6. support diverse groups in online learning courses
7. support learners with different types of learning
8. use different communication tools including the discussion forum and the chat room, and
9. assess online learning.

If you have any questions, please feel free to post it in Week 2 Forum. You may also provide an answer to your peer's question by replying to her/his post. 

Similar to Week 1, you will engage with the content and interactive quizzes. You may need 4 to five hours to engage with the content and quizzes in this week.
