Are   there any differences between Continuous Professional Development (CPD ) and Teacher community of practice(TCOP)?

TCOP is one of the way CPD should be conducted. as you have already mentioned, CPD stand for Continuous Professional Development whereby teachers help one another to learn every day about their teaching activities to be professionals and enhance the teaching and learning at the school level.Tcop is a way in which teachers from different corners exchange ideas about teaching.
