“There are six pupils in our class who like swimming”.You can also present the results as a percentage. To get the percentage:
1. Know the total number of participants in your survey.
2. Get the number of people who like a particular activity.
3. Divide this number by 100.
4. Multiply your answer by a hundred to convert to percent.For example
To get the percentage of those who like music in Activity 5 above, we divide 9 by the total number of pupils in the class (30 pupils). Then we multiply by 100.

Like is used together with the –ing form of a verb to express interest in doing that particular action.

Do you remember how to change a verb to form its past simple tense? We can use the Past Simple Tense when asking questions about events that have been completed. Look at the examples below.

Or you can say:

Determiners of quantity are words which express the ‘amount’ of things we are writing or talking about. Look at the sentences below:

5. She reads a lot of books.Some determiners of quantity are used with countable nouns and others for uncountable nouns. For example, ‘few’ and ‘many’ are used with countable nouns, while ‘much’ and ‘little’ are used with uncountable nouns. Do you remember what countable nouns and uncountable nouns are?

Muhammad Ali was an American world boxing champion. He was born on 17th January,1942, in Kentucky, in the United States of America. He liked boxing very much.
Ali came from a humble family. Boxing made him a very rich and famous man. Many people saw him in boxing rings all around the world during the 1970s.Muhammad Ali succeeded because he had great discipline. He was also hard working. Ali liked practising daily. This helped to improve his boxing skills.
One thing that Ali did not like was racism. He refused to participate in a fight in Vietnam at one time because he said that he saw no reason in going for sports when his brothers and sisters were being oppressed under racism in America.Ali loved Africa. He competed with Joe Frazier in one of the greatest fights ever in Africa. It was in Kinshasa, Zaire in 1974. Zaire is now known as the Democratic Republic of Congo. The fight was named ‘The Rumble in the Jungle’, it became a historical event. Ali died on 3rd June, 2016.
