Section outline

Congratulations on finishing Unit 7. The end of this course is almost here! Welcome to Unit 8. In this unit you will learn how to prepare your work and yourself for the professional conversation with the Local Leader of Learning and undertake the professional conversation.

Towards the end of this unit you will undertake a professional conversation with the Local Leader of Learning( or a neighbouring LLL if your Head Teacher is the LLL) that will highlight your learning achievements and make it clear how you have applied this learning in your practice as a middle-level leader of learning in the school.
